Emmy is ISO of a working home or a companion home experienced with working dogs. She WILL NOT go to an inexperienced handler. She is FUN and high drive, super smart, mischievous, and has loads of potential for all kinds of work. Fearless and bold, feisty and energetic- a pocket rocket with her petite size and speed.
Would consider placement to a breeding home depending on experience.
Emmy would excel at just about anything you asked of her, except lying around doing nothing. You must be smarter than Emmy, and this is why I still have her. There aren't a lot of people up for a pup like her, unfortunately.
Emmy could be the tireless working partner you're looking for if you have a sense of humor, above average IQ, and experience w/working dogs. Good w/male dogs, tiny dogs, fine with cats (but they say she's really annoying), loves to chase horses but means zero harm (just bored), will respect an older female she knows can obliterate her, but will brawl just for fun with a younger one if the handler is complacent or clueless. She has only basic obedience and manners (ie no finished focused heel and hasn't done bitework past puppy stuff) but is plenty sensible enough to haul around in public with no issue. She has zero environmental weaknesses and takes pressure very well- the harder the task, the harder she tries.
Going to assume like her parents, she would love children, but I don't have any small ones to prove this theory. A friendly, outgoing girl.
Clean in crate, house and car. Again, HIGH DRIVE and tenacious. Not for beginners unless you have a plan and a trainer in place already. She would most likely excel at PSA, IGP, SAR, etc., but could be a running/hiking/agility/dock diving type buddy for the right handler.
